DO NOT USE this company! My appraisal was due over 2 weeks ago. She had a deadline and didn't even go to the property until a week after the due date. My lender and both realtors have been reaching out to her every day and no one has received any response and still don't have an appraisal from her. Now we have to push back our close date and can't stay in our apartment so because she didn't do her job, my family doesn't have a place to stay. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of others. I repeat DO NOT USE this company!!!

The worst experience ever! On September 25 2020 I hired Diana for an appraisal. Today is Nov 6th and I still don't have my appraisal and I still don't have my refund. She flat out Ghosted me for weeks then stated she had computer issues, I give her more time and then she said she's too busy to finish it, I give her more time and then she states she can not finish it and wants to give me a refund but can not figure out how to use PayPal to send me my money back, what a joke! I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and hopes that they will take care of her and pull her scam license and give this trash some free time!

Assisted Diana in every way possible to make things as easy as possible to perform the appraisal quickly. She not only didn’t ever provide the appraisal after many weeks, but never responded to my phone calls or texts. I would never use her again or recommend anyone to use her. I lost money as a result of of unprofessionalism and not ever delivering the results of the appraisal.

Purchased a new home under VA, being a combat vet I fully expected that veterans affairs would pick a highly rated appraiser. Not the case whatsoever. In the end, the VA fired Diana Offerdahl and assigned a new appraiser who had my family and I all set and ready to close within three days. She took almost three weeks and a phone call to the VA to file a complaint and still never completed her job. Despicable.

Horrible experience. She looked at our home on Friday, 21 April 2017. She told us the appraisal will be ready either over the weekend or by Tuesday, 25 April 2017. She insisted that we pay her immediately. We wrote her a cheque for $350. Tuesday - No appraisal, no communication from her. Wednesday - Husband called (no response, left a message) and emailed her - No response. Thursday - Husband and myself called (no response, left a message) and emailed her - No response. Friday - I called (twice, no response, left a message) and emailed her again. She finally responded via text message and promised to call. Friday afternoon - She finally called back, had an excuse about why she didn't get it done. Promised it would be delivered Saturday, 29 April 2017 at 10am. Saturday - She didn't show up
