If I could give negative stars I would. I rented for almost 3 years. Never had heat. When I sent pictures of indoor temps in 40's I was completely ignored. Plumbing was a constant issue, ok I understand a 100 year old house has issues, but when the plumber screwed up, I was breathing in toxic fumes for almost a month. Once again didn't care. Don't rent from these people, ever. Sad, when a company chooses to lie, instead of taking responsibility. Correct, I am no longer a tenant. I got out, but to say I didn't pay my rent on time, let my apt be used as a "show apt" is an OUTRIGHT lie. Good try.
