My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the start, I was misled with an address that turned out to be invalid, only to be told later to use a different one with no clear explanation or accountability. When I raised valid concerns, I wasn’t met with support but with hostility and disrespect. The staff was rude, condescending, and even yelled at me during our conversation, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Rather than offering assistance, they belittled my concerns and escalated the situation further. After moving in, I submitted routine work orders—as any tenant should—expecting basic issues to be addressed. Instead, I was met with retaliation. Yvonne is amazing! She went above and beyond for me! Everything went fast and had the place fixed up with brand new stuff in it! Highly recommend this place for renting and Yvonne to get you what you need as soon as possible!

Place is horrible they don’t contact you in a timely manner and when you do try to call it goes to voicemail and it says please leave you a voicemail and we’ll get back to you within the next 24 hours and don’t I even try emailing Yvonne the one that everybody says it’s so great which she’s not and she still hasn’t contacted me I even tried calling accounting management not even a contact so I highly don’t recommend this place for a living place she tried telling me I was on section 8 then they keep raising my rent with no explanation on WHY

I cannot recommend this company. They don’t have an active manager in Pueblo, I was sent to two different properties that didn’t match the images of the property profile, and they are not super responsive. Not a great experience. Hopefully they will figure out management as make sure that properties match images in the future. Not sure how they address issues at properties with this system.

I was in a rough spot however Melissa and Riley were very helpful and got me into a place as soon as I needed. Very thankful for their excellent service and assistance!
