Stonebridge Run Apartments

The apartment is a great value for the rent. Everything is included (except electric, which is reasonable). The apartments themselves are spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The property is well lit, the dumpsters are evenly spread around and trash picked up 3x per week. When my heater was not working, maintenance came out same day and fixed it promptly. The maintenance guy was professional and respectful. Gabrielle in the office is the best. She is very kind, responsive, and professional. She addresses any concern very quickly and accurately and never makes me feel judged even if the concern is small. If she does not know the answer, she immediately loops in the correct person or finds out and responds fast. Another plus is its close location to I-295, I-95, US-1, and I-276. I highly recomm

If I can give 0 stars I would. Lived here since 2021, and from 2021-2024 it was perfect. As soon as 2025 entered this place became INFESTED with rats and roaches. No matter how many times the exterminators came, they keep coming back. Towards the end of me moving I was treated poorly and I lived here for 4 1/2 years. I’m very hurt it had to come to this but I will heal and continue to move forward. This picture is the day I was officially moving out. Very disgusting I almost 🤢 vomited. Growing up I never experienced these type of living conditions. Property manager Mandy is very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

It took me a while to leave this review because my stay here was good up until new tenants moved in back in 2022 /2023 and then the property manager changed ,I lived at stone bridge run up until early 2025 and had some horrible tenants both upstairs and downstairs conniving against me ,I must admit they were few good people in my F building where I lived ,my issue the lies they made about me without being experts or doctors diagnosing me of hating noise,or liking white cars etc,these are all false information that was spread by tenants I wasn’t close to ,these tenants worked together to defame me,they made up lies that were not true although I lived there 2years before they moved there and none of the lies they claimed had happened prior to they moving in.The property manager then told th

I lived in building C for two years & it has a mouse infestation, when we contacted the office about the issue they immediately knew. If you notice only cats are allowed for those reasons. Brielle stated « mouses are smart and hard to catch. «  we had a total of 3 different mouses which we had to pay money out of our own pocket to handle them. The cameras don’t work at all. The doorbells don’t work at all either regardless if you get a cord house phone. Maintenance work under the influence and lie all the time, especially the manager. When we were moving they blamed another tenant’s bulk trash on us & maintenance lied and said he saw throwing the items away. I’ve only been here a week, but I have to give this place 5 stars. My sister has lived here for a couple of years and I figured I would give it a go myself. I have nothing but great things to say about the management here, as every question or concern I’ve has has been cared for and attended to without delay. The grounds are well kept, and I feel very comfortable having my little one out on the playground with the other kids. The apartment itself is fantastic. I moved in to a one bedroom apartment that has more than enough living room space as well as plenty of bedroom space. The hardwood floors are very nice, and the cost of rent is well worth the amenities that come with it.
