This was put together by John who works through wayfair. He was on time efficient and respectful of my time and apartment. I can't say enough about how great of a person this man is. I hope everyone get to meet this guy. If you ever have anything to be assembled he does a great job.

If I could give this place and its new management zero stars, I would! This place is a complete fraud that needs to be investigated. If their services to tenants and the facility were as effective as their ability to increase rent quickly, it would benefit everyone. New tenants, don't let the renovated apartments fool you. Tour the on-site laundry rooms, especially the one in the J building, and see how disgusting and unsanitary it is. Tenants have called the office numerous times to report this issue, yet nothing has been done about it for almost a year, if not longer. The frustrating part is that they act like it's the first time they’re hearing about it every time you call to complain. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. When we first moved in March 2023 I was unable to see my place. I have a two bedroom and the second room leads out into the living room with double doors. No Good!!! Every time it rain my toilet would leak sewage, somebody tried to break in my apartment twice, paint thinner was thrown on my car and somebody stabbed my tires. The biggest thing now is black mold in my bathroom. I have been complaining about this since last year. My bathroom ceiling was exposed with black mold everywhere! That have not treated this mold problem at all! It’s now July 2025!!! Do not move in here!

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after receiving an unnecessary message from Annette today, I feel compelled to share my experience. On Friday, I called the office to book a tour. Annette told me she only had availability on Monday, so I scheduled for 2:30. Minutes later, I got a text from their automated system offering same-day times at 1:45 or 3:45—I chose 1:45. I then received a conflicting confirmation for Monday again, so I called back to confirm 1:45. Annette claimed it was already taken, even though I had just booked it. I asked about 3:45 (which she never mentioned before), and she reluctantly agreed. Something felt off, so I sent my sister to the 1:45 appointment. Surprise—no one else was there. My sister got the tour, but had to basically give it to herself while Annette
