Delaview Apartments

Awesome apartments in the borough. Excellent location, with an even better view on the river. Management and maintenance were responsive and quick. The common areas and parking lot were always maintained. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have lived at Delaview for a while now and it is a great place to live. The apartments here are modern and well kept. It's definitely a quite and safe neighborhood and within walking distance to a bunch of different great restaurants and shops. Also, Abe was great during the application and move in process. He definitely went above and beyond to make it a smooth process which I appreciated!

We've been here for a few years now and never had a problem. Bristol is a wonderful little town and Delaview is a beautiful 10 min walk to the heart of it. The apartment was nicely renovated when we moved in, and Abe and Marco have been very responsive to any issues that have arisen.

If you lack patience and the willingness to be strung along and messages ignored by the main office for a good month, feel free to apply here. My partner and I had our heart set on this complex, and as the weeks went by, our patience grew thin. It seems when their rental agent is away on vacation, no one runs the complex apparently. We had a tour scheduled, they called us an hour before it confirm it, and then called us 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time to try and reschedule because the unit wasn't ready. And then almost 2 weeks went by, left a few messages with their "remote" office, and apparently none of those messages made it through to the person who runs the application process there. Communication was lackluster, kept us anxious the whole time, and got strung along every step

I've been renting here almost two years now. Any maintenance issues that pop up are responded to promptly. The property is maintained. Apartment had new appliances and been renovated before I moved in. Happy with my experience and would recommend to others.
