I’ve lived in my Bristol Borough apartment for 4 years now, renting from Messina Real Estate. I’ve had a really positive experience living here and working with Janine and Jackie. For a family owned small business that manages, what, 200+ properties? They are great! It’s not an easy job, and they do their best at servicing each property with timely action. Living in the borough, some of these properties have been around for hundreds of years, and it’s no easy feat to not only manage them, but to upkeep them in the right way. Shout out to their handyman, John, who always fixes things the way they are supposed to be done.

The process for touring my apartment and completing the application process was seamless. Messina is great with communication and very informative on what to expect. Janine responds quickly to any concerns via email and has even gotten back to me on even weekends. I’ve had a great experience with them thus far!
