Just moved in! Nice, large apartment. Nice view from ours. You pay mostly for the location, which is phenomenal. Staff are friendly and helpful. I must say that you can hear your upstairs neighbors, unfortunately, however, i consider that the price of living in an apartment. Everything was clean when we moved in, our son uses the gym, the pool is clean and wonderful and our children have witnessed deer, running along the backside of the property.

Moved into a 2 bed 2 bath here at this location.cynthia the assistant manager was very welcoming and helpful. She explained the layout of all the apartments even the few we weren’t able to view at the time.They whole front office is very kind and generous.Always willing to help out when needed and if we have any questions about maintenance. The issues are resolved within a 24 to 48 hours time period.

I have been a resident for about 60 days now and I am throughly impressed! The office staff is friendly and the maintenance workers have been amazing and helpful. These apartments are quaint and affordable for the Beavercreek area. I have a young child with special needs and they have been incredibly accommodating to ensure safety and comfort. There are events at the clubhouse, a very nice gym, and my children absolutely LOVE the playground. I came after the pool closed but the area is really nice and clean! The grounds are clean and well kept. If you are looking for affordability in Beavercreek, I highly recommend checking out Stonebridge!

During our application process they said they could get us a first floor unit as we had expressed concerns around my partner's disability. We went through a very long period of near zero unprompted contact from our agent, us often calling to find out they had found an issue and needed something from us days after a prior step. We called as a collective at least 20 times, hardly ever receiving contact from the agent. We then finally got the place after this process and it was only then revealed to us that we were getting a THIRD FLOOR UNIT. Due to the landings, we've been relatively okay, but we were lied to. After moving in we have had assumptions thrown at us, a lack of proper information, and a deadline with no basis in policy (as well as requests to see policy met instead with quickly d

They pulled the old "bate and switch". They showed us one apartment (not the one wee would be moving into) and said our apartment cabinets and fixtures were all new just like the one they showed us, but when we moved in, the cabinets and bathroom fixtures and shower we're all old and rundown along with dozens of small things that needed to be either fixed or replaced. They also moved our move in date back which cost us more money with our movers. When we did the walk through (which they were late to) we showed all of the broken down problems to their attention (the manager Alexis) told us that they will not fix or replace 99% of what we brought up. When we asked for a price revision Alexis lied and said newly remodeled apartments are charged $200 to $300 more but could show no proof. W
