Stone Water Gardens

Property gets damaged the owners don't care. They have cameras that don't work. You call the police they say they can't do anything. The people in the office don't care because they don't live here or have to deal with the issues. It's ran down, they cover everything with minor work and have the same reoccurring issues. The property manager is a slum lord who only cares about getting paid and not how the tenants live or anything that happens on his property

Seems nice but the dude who sits in his car blasting music and bass all day and night makes it hard to get sleep here, oh and he also changes motors in the parking lot. Update: There’s no place to park either, this dude has five broken down cars that take up parking spots. Update number 2… this apartment complex also doubles as his own pit bull kennel. Update #3…. The amount of dog crap on the surrounding lawn of this facility is unbearable. One individual has single handedly ruined an entire apartment complex. New Update!!! There’s now a homeless encampment on the property so who needs to rent when you can just live outside for free!

The worst , my mother n law lives here there is no heat, we keep calling the supernitendenant and he does nothing to fix any of the issues, he wont answer the phone, and when you try to call to the main office there is a recording that comes on for a person in human resources named lisa whos has been away since november. where can report all these issues too ???

Years ago this was a beautiful place to visit. I now have a relative living there with a child. People in entryways sitting in chairs, talking loud, smoking pot, loud music. Roach infestation, poorly maintained apts l, uneven floors, substandard work, poor wall repairs and painting, leaks and water damage, outdated lobbies and refuse area deplorable.

Love this store they have everything I mean everything 🥰💗
