Stone Glenn Apartments

Very bad management. Aside from the mold and general dampness issues, they also avoid calls when you raise an issue. Maintenance is very subpar, they do lazy fixes. Last year, 2024. they had 5 water shutdowns and repairs (each lasting up to 12 hrs) during spring alone. If you are a person of color, STAY AWAY from continental. If you don't renew with them, they will keep harassing you with showings and burst in without notice (and since have this in their lease, they can do this without consequences). No respect for privacy. If you're a single woman living alone, avoid this place.

I do not recommend Stone Glenn Apartments -- they are many better places to live in State College. The on-site staff and management company care more about their policies and money than about treating people with respect and rewarding good tenant behavior. As a result of word on this getting out and less people interested in living there, they are letting more and more very shady people in these apartments. We no longer feel safe and respected there and are moving out when our lease runs out. Overall, a huge disappointment.

This is the best place to live in State College for working professionals/graduates. We love calling this place home! The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The people are very kind, and the area is just incredibly safe. I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Omg, the manager team is mean and ridiculous I rented several places under this manager team for five years. They charged us $500 cleaning fee and $100 damage fee when we moved out. I tried to call the office for explanation and they just said didn’t meet their standard and hanged up right away. The apartment was cleaned like when I moved in.Never come back. Never recommend to anyone.

I believe they are 55 and over apartments. Was in one once seems okay. I've heard a few tenants complain about water and minor structural issues. Mostly in the newer of the two buildings.
