I didn’t want to have to publicly write a review on anyone ever but at this point I’m at a loss with your facility. My partner and I were approved to move into unit A10 on 11/29 our move in date being 11/29. Upon signing all documents we discovered that the unit was infested with bed bugs. Obviously this is not conditions in which you can live as it is disgusting first and foremost but also very dangerous. A bed bug infestation can take months to a year to get rid of. You should be ashamed in yourselves as property management for not properly auditing your living quarters and at this point I sincerely doubt that stone gate wasn’t aware of this infestation. I stayed in Apartment B for 4 years and my experience has been so so. During that time, maintenance has been slow to fix issues, for example my bathroom exhaust fan was deafeningly loud and though a replacement part was promised, it never came after multiple calls and requests. The heater wouldn’t get fixed for 2 weeks at a time in the coldest time during the winter. There were roaches a few times. A lot of long term residents have left and now we have new folks. Improvements that have been made in the last few years: Windows were replaced I had upgraded kitchen In addition to the 1 assigned parking space for each unit, there are now two guest parking spaces for everyone to fight over (first come first serve), though it’s better than nothing I guess Management is also slow to respond, we

My experience has been truly horrible. There is absolutely no lines of communication and unsure if anyone works in the office since they never answer the phone and they don’t respond to voicemails if left. First, the website didn’t allow my email to fill out the application and is days later informed they spelled my email wrong after multiple voicemails just for them to inform my co-applicant and not me. Second, after being able to read the documents and I had questions - that took three days for them to respond to my co-applicant again and not me (the primary applicant) for them to confirm what bills are being paid through our lease since NOTHING was checked off the lease document for bills. ROACHES! Buildings B and C are infested with roaches. We used to live in building A, but wanted to transfer or move to a 2 bedroom apartment as we had a baby. The former leasing agent, Katie, rushed us into a decision. She knew we had a young toddler and that the unit she transferred us to had roaches. As a fellow mother I found that alone to be despicable and speak very loudly to the character of the people SGW hires. I complained to her on multiple occasions about the roaches, most of which she ignored. The one time she did actually respond, she stated they could not do more than the once a month treatment. My Stone Gate woods Review: I have lived in Stone gate woods Apartments for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. Maintenance is always on point when needed. The property environment is peaceful and quiet and the rent is affordable. I would recommend 👌 Stone Gate woods to anyone.
