Stirling Court Apartments

After the old property manager was moved this apartment complex has gone downhill. My husband and I have lived here for almost 6 years. Rent has increased by $300-$400, no changes in amenities, and maintenance is spread thin and told to do the repairs as cheap as possible. Water damage just painted over, appliances breaking constantly, and plumbing consistently backing up. The cherry on top is when my husband and I were 10 days late on rent because I had gotten a new job and I am partially disabled, and the VA was behind paying housing allowance ( he is military). WE WERE SENT THE EVICTION PAPERWORK THEY THREATENED TO SEND TO THE COURTS BECAUSE WE WERE TEN DAYS LATE. If I knew a week ago what I know now, we would have never signed that lease and ran the other direction. The apartment is disgusting. Every intake vent looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years which of course you can see black dust/dirt/mold - especially in the hallway. Vents are pushing out warm air no matter how low you put the thermostat. Black mold growing under the kitchen sink which funny enough was covered with a piece of plastic thinking no one would look under it? Just goes to show its had previous leakage. Black dust/dirt coming out of the bathtub faucet - bathroom drain was completely clogged along with black dust/dirt/hair from previous tenant. My Mom and I, rent the 1 bedroom with the Den! Our apartment home is beautiful, spacious nicely renovated! This is our second year at Stirling Court! I love it here! Property Manager Micki is amazing! She answers your needs and concerns in a timely fashion! Maintenance response time is fairly quick, they have implemented a good system where they can get to your maintenance issue in a timely fashion. The downfall, rent is expensive. The trash is not very well kept but I think it’s more so the residence, who don’t care to pick up their trash, once it’s fallen to the ground;other than that I have no complaints! It’s an amazing place to rent! The location is amazing! Thank you Stirling Court for allowing my Mom and I to rent one of your beautiful apartment homes!

Very nice and quiet apartment complex. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Rent is fairly priced and there's no dumb hidden/added fees for things that you don't need.

Stirling Court Apartments in Mount Laurel, NJ is a wonderful place to live. My boyfriend and I moved in last July (2017) and are so pleased. We looked at a bunch of places, but you get the most space for the best price at SC. The living rooms are huge and the layout is awesome. We love our little den area too (2nd floor apartments only). We are definitely renewing out lease for another year or more!
