Stewart Title of Texarkana

This review has been well overdue. We own a very small business that involves a lot of title work. We probably close on something at least 4X a year, minimum! We exclusively use Stewart Title. Not only are they the absolute best at what they do, but they treat you like family. They explain everything thoroughly and ensure you know exactly what is going on. Whether a home purchase or commercial, Stewart Title is hands down the best in TXK!

I'm in the middle of my second large transaction with Stewart. The first time Eddie Farnworth closed the sale. I was alert to the lack of quality communication, but I dismissed it. Now, on the second, Carolyn Fauliu is handing the closing. I have requested on multiple occasions to speak to this lady, I still have not heard from her. They delivered the title commitment 3 business days before closing with numerous errors. Bear in mind, they have had the file for 4 months and were advised of closing 45 days in advance. If I could move the transaction to a different title company I would.
