Stewart Title of Houston - Galveston Texas City

I did not receive the best service from Tammy B. She was very unprofessional and lacked any kind of client service skills when I was requesting she simply confirm receipt of the email I sent to her while in the title office. I informed her this was important to my file and business. She instead opted to say she was on break - when clearly she was only having girl chat - no other clients were in office. I would not refer business or my clients to this person as a closer. I was a Buyer & Broker of the transaction- as a Client and Business Owner the experience was beyond unpleasant.

Tammy Bage with Stewart Title - Texas City has been a great escrow agent to work with. She is responsive and willing to help with even the most mundane tasks and questions. I will continue to use her for my local real estate transactions.

We had a difficult and complicated closing. Of everyone we dealt with, realtors, builder, mortgage company, the ONE person who helped us most was Tammy Bage at Stewart Title. The world needs more Tammys!

Used Stewart Title in Texas City for the purchase of my home. After signing the paperwork, I was told that I was told that I could not get the keys until the next day. When I picked up the keys the next day three keys did not work one key did work. There were no keys to the front door or the mailbox. After two weeks of attempting to get a mailbox key, , and being told to meet them three times which they were a no-show I had to purchase new keys and paid to have a lock replaced. Very unprofessional, and frustrating to have to wait 2 weeks and still receive no assistance and replacing the keys. I would not recommend using this company and I will not use in the future.
