Clean, quiet, and highly recommended. The convenient location is truly unmatched! In my 2 years of living in this complex Ms. V is a true asset and goes the extra mile with her professionalism, knowledge and caring for not only the property but, her residents and their safety! Her staff carry the same professionalism as she and excel to make your living comfortable and carefree! I can't rave enough about Sterling Villas and appreciate the safe welcoming environment established in this community! They make it happen and it is a true delight to call home!

I put in a work order for my unit, and Maurice from maintenance at Sterling Villas did an amazing job. He was professional, fixed the problem quickly, wore booties before coming inside, and was very respectful. On top of that, he had a great personality. Really appreciate the great service!

I’ve lived here for over a year and truly regret resigning my lease. The property manager does come off nice and professional but that’s the farthest from the truth. I ignored all claims that V was a bully, however she is very much so a bully and has a horrible attitude. As I was leaving the apartment today she stopped my vehicle with my two small children and advised that she needed to enter my unit. I advised her that I was headed to the grocery store and would be back in an hour. I guess this wasn’t good enough for her, the key they have to my unit doesn’t work which has absolutely nothing to do with me. As a property manager myself it’s our responsibility to ensure we have the keys, it appears that they didn’t cut a key at the time of my move in which again is not my fault. I was then

I really like these apartments. They were clean and they smelled good. But what made me write this review was the manager Ms. V. She was too funny! She made the tour better for real. But seriously, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area. Thanks Ms. V! You’re a gem!!

I recently just moved to Sterling Villa Apartments. I must say the process was amazing. Ms. V was really helpful with me selecting an apartment. Since I moved to Sterling Villa, it has been a real quiet community. I absolutely love my neighbors. I would recommend anyone to live here..
