Sterling Towers Apartments

I had a wonderful experience staying here during my summer internship in Jackson, MS. The building managers, Ms. Debbie and Victoria, were amazing—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My apartment was furnished, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for temporary housing. The location is convenient, just off the main highway and less than a 20-minute drive to Flowood and Ridgeland, which has plenty of great shops and restaurants (Walmart, Target, etc.). Ms. Debbie and Victoria even accommodated me on short notice when my internship was extended for an additional month. Highly recommend!

This complex is outstanding. The office demonstrates pleasant hospitality on a daily basis; they provided me with everything that I needed and more when I first moved here. The workers are top-notch fixing anything that is needed in my room. Lastly, there is a delicious restaurant next door called Sugars. 👌

I lived here while attending mc law across the street. The convenience is unmatched. Moreover, Debbie in the office was a tremendous manager of the building. She helped me on multiple occasions showing kindness and consideration.

The apartments have been upgraded and look nice inside. They are not very big and it seems more for college students. I say this because management enters the apartments almost weekly for inspections to make sure people are being clean (which they are not) or to spray for roaches. I did not want them to continue entering my apartment because sometimes I worked from home. So I asked if they could stop doing this without notification. They agreed but still continued to entire my apartment. The apartment complex is filthy. Roaches everywhere and the laundry facility is even worse. Pet hair in every machine despite the large sign that designates one machine for pet owners. Management is lazy and doesn’t know anything unless it’s about collecting money. Way over priced for what you get.

I stayed here during my one year internship in Jackson. It's an old building but I never ran into significant issues. Yes the fire alarm goes off all the time and the water gets fixed quite frequently (do invest in a water filter system because this is Jackson MS) but it worked perfectly for me and my budget. No safety concerns whatsoever. Building staff were all great and friendly. 10/10 would do again.
