We looked at many properties here in Stephenville and were lead to Rocky Ridge. The staff is very attentive and professional as well as very friendly. 5 stars all the way.
This place used to be decent. Now it's a total scam. Was charged $130 for "Maintenance and cleaning" when I left that place cleaner than I arrived and never damaged anything. They also don't care at all when their whole complex smells of weed and stinks up other people's apartments. Trashy company and trashy place.
Stephenville Rents is absolutely amazing from staff to neighbors to the overall experience. They have amazing prices, and the homes are beautiful!
