Station Park Green Apartments

I've been staying here for nearly a year. The property is always clean and anything I've needed from the staff has been completed quickly. It's also in a great location for commuting for work since Caltrain's station is right next to it. All in all, great and clean place to live.... especially compared to my older apartment.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The maintenance team are always friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. The location is extremely convenient, with great access to major roads and public transportation, making commuting very smooth. The community amenities are comfortable and well designed, providing a great place to relax and unwind.

Very sneaky management team. They will try to money grab and charge you with extra cleaning fees even if you do your own cleaning. Don’t expect to get your security deposit back + expect to pay an additional amount out of pocket. Apt complex was relatively safe, but I lived facing Delaware Street, so we got bus/car pollution into our windows (left black specks). We had a rent promo the first year, but the added utility fees (water, hot water, sewage) were MUCH higher than expected, so the discount didn’t really make a difference. I ultimately moved out because the rent increase was too steep.

Sound proofing in the building is non-existent. Floors are incredibly thin and you can hear every stomp, every step, and every furniture movement coming from upstairs. If your neighbor upstairs happen to be inconsiderate like mine, you're out of luck because the building management won't do anything to help you. Well, they claim that they're willing to help you, but they demand that you record the nuisance which is almost impossible given that the noises are sudden, intermittent, and can happen at any moment. Unless we record everything 24/7, there's no way we can get the ridiculous evidence management wants, and therefore they won't do anything to help us.
