Metropolitan Apartments

I toured Metropolitan Apartments recently and had a really positive experience. Tiffany showed me around and was thorough without being overwhelming. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood the details about pricing, amenities, and what living there would actually look like day to day. I’ve toured a few other complexes in San Mateo, but Metropolitan stood out because of its location and how welcoming the team felt. Just moved in and so far, so good! Have been particularly impressed by the maintenance team: Jose and Jonathan are very communicative, friendly, and reliable. They don't cut corners and make sure to explain everything so you're aware of what's happening. True professionals. We made multiple requests when we moved in and they were all addressed within a day, if not the same day. They even came within the hour when we reported leaking in our unit (due to torrential rain) and took their time locating and resolving the source of the issue. I'm super appreciative of Jonathan and Jose for making our move-in experience great!

Excellent place to live. The building is well-located and kept very clean. I’m especially impressed with the maintenance staff; Alejandro and Miguel handled my kitchen sink issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into the Metropolitan and so far Lance, Tifany, Corey, Jose, Johnathan and others have all been very responsive and helpful getting settled and addressing small maintenance issues that have arisen so that my place feels like "home." It seems like a lovely community and I'm excited to get even more settled and enjoy the amenities and the neighborhood!

Enjoying the apartment so far after a couple weeks. The move in process was smooth, the apartment + community are nice, and Jose + Jonathan did a great job getting our maintenance requests resolved quickly and effectively.
