I had a disappointing experience with this real estate brokerage related to an in-person interview. The interview was scheduled well in advance and confirmed multiple times through reminders and follow-ups. Based on these confirmations, I made significant arrangements, including driving several hours and altering personal plans. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office at the scheduled time, no one was present, and I later learned that the office was not operating that day. There was no prior communication indicating a change or cancellation. While I understand that scheduling issues can happen, clearer internal coordination and timely communication would have prevented this situation.
