Alta De Sabla

Spent an amazing 7 years in De Sabla Apartment! Debbie was the caring and helpful and friendly. Sure gonna miss this place.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and highly recommend De Sabla. When I moved here, that was my fourth move in two years due to awful luck with bad landlords and roommates. I’ve been extremely grateful to have encountered no issues with my unit and that all the staff here have been extremely kind, communicative, and responsive. The location within walking distance of downtown San Mateo is excellent. I’ll be moving soon but would continue to stay here if I wasn’t going to grad school! Thank you Debbie and Ryan for a wonderful residential experience during my time here.

I lived at De Sabla many years ago and have nothing but good things to say about it. It's an older building yes but maintenance did quick work with responding to any maintenance request. A huge plus is the proximity to downtown San Mateo. When I didn't feel like cooking I just walked a couple of blocks. Sad to have moved from here because of job relocation.

Lived here for about 3 years. the building was exceptional and maintenance was pretty quick to respond with the plumbing issue. Never had any major problem, and parking was great!

It has been so many years since we lived here. We still remember it very fondly. The construction is very good, windows and rooms are large etc.... But what really makes this building beautiful is Debbie's friendliness and good nature. Me and my wife and son miss you Debbie!
