I recently had the pleasure of working with Maverick, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Repair person David did a quick, nice job fixing the kitchen sink water leak. He was very sweet and easy to approach. He listened and answered all my questions.

This Sunday morning, I had a clogged bathroom; both the toilet and sink wouldn’t drain. I reached out to the maintenance team for help. Before they arrived, I managed to clear the toilet with a neighbor’s plunger. The sink still drained slowly, but pouring hot water helped a bit. I didn’t expect a quick response on the weekend, but Maverick and Ken came by the same day and fixed the sink while I was out. When I got home, the sink worked perfectly, and they even left a thoughtful note. I appreciate their quick response and professionalism. Thank you, Maverick, Ken, and the whole maintenance team, for always being reliable and helpful!

The elevators are always broken, which isn’t acceptable for the cost of rent and the amount of money being put into renovations. New elevators need to be installed rather than them being down regularly and having to get repairs done on what seems like a monthly occurrence at this point.

Nice place to live. We just moved in and the leasing office has been nothing but helpful and kind. They respond promptly to the work order requests as well. This place is conveniently next to chipotle, two poke places, two coffee places, a WHOLE FOODS, and walking distance to work. The garage is gated out the wazoo… floor to ceiling gated, probably to keep people out of it and make it safe. Everything you need in this vicinity, what more can you ask for? We love it here. We have had no issues with neighbors so far, super quiet. Hope you find this review helpful if you’re looking for a place.
