Station on Silver Apartments

I lived at Station on Silver for 6 years and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Move-in and move-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Management is super responsive, and maintenance is incredibly fast — sometimes same-day fixes, which is rare and amazing. The property is clean, well-kept, and very quiet with respectful neighbors. The location is also unbeatable — 2-minute walk to the Silver Line and one stop from Dulles Airport, which makes traveling so convenient. Really grateful to the whole team for making it such a great place to live. Highly recommend.

Don’t move here. If you are a working professional and you intend on using your home to rest. This is not the place for you. You will not have peace. You can hear all the activity of your neighbors upstairs. There’s no peace or quietness. It’s like a prison. You tell the leasing office about the loud noises and the inconsiderate behavior from neighbors and nothing seems to change. People drive like they are on a race track on the parking garage and while exiting it. Like drifting inside the garage. They even broke the parking garage door. A car apparently hit it. It has taken them 2 months to start repairs. There’s no dog park. The gym smells bad and is small. People don’t follow rules and there’s equipment w all over the floor. 2 years resident - Updated review THE GOOD: Maria and Jacobo are amazing and deserve all the credit for positive experiences here. The apartments themselves are nice. THE BAD: UDR management will steal your deposit. Here's what happened to me: I properly documented a broken window latch on my move-in inventory form (as required by law). Found out the previous tenant had documented the same issue. During pre-inspection, supervisor Paul Conteh said everything looked "perfect" and "met property standards." Weeks later: $160 charge for ALL window latches in the apartment ($40 each x 4 windows with 2 latches each). When I provided the signed documentation proving it was pre-existing, they ignored it completely and stopped responding to emails. WARNING TO FUTURE RESIDENTS: Document EVERYTHING

Extremely Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Block Opp BrightView: Please avoid renting any apartment in the back gate block (the one with the small back gate entry). The area is extremely dusty and poorly maintained, it’s rarely, if ever, cleaned properly. This block has hundreds of pets, and unfortunately, the carpets and hallways often reek of dog odor. Elevators are frequently left dirty with pet hair, drops of urine, and even excreta. I have cleaned them myself before my guests arrived. The smell is unbearable at times, and it’s embarrassing to invite guests, many of mine have complained about the condition. Major concern is hygiene after outdoor walks. Pets enter straight from the back gate after being outside in muddy or rainy conditions, and there’s no requirement to clean their p

Please read the bad reviews, this place is just a no.. No! We have applied for an apartment couple weeks ago and seriously DONT WASTE ur time here, this place is totally confused and messy, the website is just trash, and the agents ate absolutely inefficient, they don’t even reply to messages neither answer the phone. We decided to apply for a different apartment complex. If since the begging is like this I cant imagine how will be in future, there are better options out there.
