I am a homeowner that can’t sell my place due to an open inspection with SWIS. They passed the work but are dragging their feet in submitting the certification to the town DOB. Inspection completed and passed at the end of November. Such a hopeless situation. Can’t blame my electrician when he has the inspector on speaker telling him will submit the certification today and doesn’t do it. I hope one of the company leadership team sees this and helps.
