Mountainview Garden Apartments

I'm not in the property yet; I move in on March 15. The process of applying and getting approved had the potential to be challenging, but Lisa in the main leasing office did an amazing job keeping me updated and guiding me every step of the way to ensure my application was properly filled out. I’m fortunate to say that I was approved for the apartment I was looking for, and my move-in date is March 15. Saying that I’m excited to move in is an understatement. The grounds look beautiful, and so far, everyone I’ve met has been very friendly. I can’t wait to call Mountain View Apartments my home. An added bonus is that my little four-year-old will be attending school right next door. The comfort this gives my wife and me can't be put into words. I look forward to joining the Mountain View comm

We absolutely loved our experience with Mountain view Garden Apartments. From the beginning Lisa was super helpful. She went out of her way to answer our questions. Lisa made us feel welcomed. Thereafter, from the screening process to using the App, everything was easy. We signed the lease, uploaded the documents required and made the necessary payments on the APP. It was easy as 1, 2, 3. Highly recommend Mountainview Garden Apartments.

We lived at Mountainview Garden Apartments for 12 years. The office staff was wonderful. We Loved our apartment, the beautiful grounds, and were blessed with amazing neighbors who remain our friends to this day. We are currently on the waiting list, and are excited about returning. For us.....this is home!

Just moved into the apartment complex and it's absolutely gorgeous, rent is reasonable ,close to everything, proper care of snow removal and garbage[UPDATE: I will reiterate, mountain is a very beautiful place to live but if you don't want a large yellow snow fine sticker on your driver side window and when you call the office only to find out they know 'nothing about it', I would advise you not live here] I will not be renewing my lease here; and the absolute best neighborhood BUT if you live under someone you WILL hear them and their dogs, some of the staff is sweet but there's one in particular who is just a nasty crabby lady, one rotten apple will ruin the bunch. Other than those things Mountain View is a wonderful place to live.
