Regency at Fishkill

These units are not made well at all, they have major issues, they are very expensive units but made with very cheep materials. I have several friends tgat purchased these units when they first started them and 4 out of 5 have moved out due to all the issues they have had with them. Between all the water damages and things falling apart, yet they wouldn't even honor replacement as tgey gave them all kinds of excuses on why they can't as what they signed and it seems that they also missimform the buyers when they sign the contracts with them as to what they get and in very tiny print they tell you what they are nit responsible for. Be very careful if you purchase any of Toll Brothers units because they will show you beautiful models with all updates but they do not tell you that every lit
