This Broker Owais Khan received a $2100 dollar cash deposit from my sister on August 17 , 2025 for an apartment . My sister lost her job on Monday August 18 th and asked for her deposit back . Owais Khan denied receiving the money until my sister showed him a text that he acknowledged receiving the money and gave it to the landlord. Only one day went by and this dishonest Broker will not refund the money. Owais Kahn is a DISHONEST BROKER ! I spoke with him today and he said he would send a check I ask for it to be certified now he said he is not sending money because she does not have a receipt!! Johnny Khan is the best! As a first-time home buyer Johnny made the process incredibly easy for me and helped to make sure that I understood what steps were involved. From the time that we first met he always listened to what I was interested in for a house and gave me options based on that. He never pressured me to look at a house or location I wasn’t interested in. Johnny is very personable and got along easily with me and my parents.
