Lived here from 14 - 17 with my MIL and husband. Like that its a smaller complex.. Really liked it before it filled up and the HOA decided they wanted the decks to look totally different after 3 years (at the owners expense) that grills could not be on the deck unless it was hooked up to the gas and they also decided pitbulls (which is not a real breed) deserved to be banned. I do not like that certain breeds of dogs are not allowed (Shepards, great danes, Doberman etc) But I guess you get that at any complex. Clubhouse is nice though with a homey feel and a small gym. Pool is nice.
