Startup Crossing

I've been a resident here for ~11 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ½ 𝑦𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑠 now, moved in just 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 it was 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱. I've had both a studio and one-bedroom, and honestly, it's been solid and feels like home. Clean, modern vibe. There's been struggles with management and cleanliness, but most years have been pretty good; even more-so now! Appliances are great, you can rent in-unit washer/dryer or bring your own. They are VERY accommodating with ESAs and service animals. Need a doctor's note, sign an agreement, and they'll waive the fees (30$ per animal/per month ~extremely helpful). The community is a mix of college students, elderly folks (many ARE VERY KIND and Sweet!), and people with disabilities. Almost everyone here is kind/caring and polite/decent. I have lived at Startup Crossing for nearly a year. The first thing that impressed me was the excellent managers and staff here in the office. They are so courteous and genuinely kind and helpful; Always ready to do whatever they can to assist us, as residents, to make our lives better here as a true home. The building and apartment style is edgy and up to date. The units are on the smaller side but versatile enough to do great things with because they are so well laid out. The utilities are extremely economical. It is a WONDERFUL place to be with a fantastic community base within one building! TT

I don't live here, but I have family who does. The apartment I have been in is nice and well maintained. The hallways are very clean and spacious. The front runner station is just across the street making the location great for those who use public transportation.

I have lived here for over a year now and really enjoyed it. The management is super helpful in navigating all the paperwork and documents. The maintenance team is quick to fix things and is always willing to help. They even helped me install a new dryer when ours broke.

What stands out most is how thoughtfully maintenance treats residents. Requests aren’t just acknowledged—they’re promptly and effectively resolved with a friendly attitude. The property stays in top condition, with no detail overlooked. It truly feels like someone’s looking out for you.
