At such a low listing fee, I honestly had very low expectations to begin with — and somehow I still ended up disappointed. That really says everything about how terrible this experience was. After three long days and multiple follow-ups, I received zero response. No communication, no updates, no professionalism whatsoever. I’m honestly surprised this Realtor is even still in business. I guess you get what you pay for… or in this case, you don’t even get that. I strongly suggest staying far, far away. Worse than terrible.

We worked with Ram to purchase our first home, and he did a phenomenal job assisting us with the purchase of our house. He is approachable, and has a to-the-point communication style which keeps things moving swiftly. We have met him in person a few times during this process, and he was polite and patient in responding to our inquiries. His expertise in the market was evident as he took us through price negotiations with the seller. His solid purchase contract documentation and amendments were extremely helpful in ensuring we got a fair deal during the negotiations and covered us as buyers from a few unknowns expenses that came our way during the process. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a realtor.

I recently worked with Ram Konara on a home purchase and was disappointed by the level of professionalism encountered. Communication was often met with rudeness and inappropriate language, including the use of profanities like F words, which I found disrespectful. The lack of courtesy significantly impacted the process, making it more stressful than necessary. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ram Konara. Potential clients might consider looking for a realtor who maintains a professional demeanor and respects their clients.
