I have recently purchased a home here. I am so happy with the process and the amazing team that helped me. Mid-Century Modern homes are so interesting to me. I still cannot believe I found something so cool in the suburbs! Designing the interior of my home was so much fun. They worked so hard to help me visualize my dream and keep me in budget.

Still building new homes. Architecture is an updated knockoff of Frank Lloyd Wright styling. Very clean lines, occasional architectural surprises. I have no idea of the price structure, but it has the overall appearance of a classy development.

We spent nearly two months on a long and disappointing journey trying to build our home at SLV. There is absolutely no process in place and management is non existent. The owners of this developement have no idea what they are doing and are not trust worthy. Several current residents warned us of the many issues and ongoing problems, and we really tried to give the developers the benefit of the doubt. Luckily we found all this out just in time to pull out of a 600k deal that would have ended in diaster had we moved forward. This is a great concept. However, we have zero confidence in the people, process, and product. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and don't build here!

Beautiful MCM structures. Lots of thought went into the architectural planning and details of this community. I love the concept of the neighborhood. HOWEVER, management is absolutely terrible about responding to HOA concerns. It feels like texting or emailing a boy fiend and having them ghost you, and having no inclination as to why - you just feel like a side-hustle. In fact, landscaping is not maintained to the effect that we hired our OWN company to make our yard decent. We have become close with our neighbors and feel guilty for having a better yard now. It’s a CONDO REGIME - why is this something we have to pay for our of POCKET AND divide our neighborhood over?! Weeds are not addressed and it kind of feels like zombies moved in and love MCM design.
