Star Crest Ranch

I’ve been here since Dec 2023, renewed my lease in 2024, and I plan on continuing to renew in 2025, that is how much I love it here. Collete and Lisa are on top of it and super sweet. The community is always clean, maintenance crew are great and very efficient. The neighbors are super nice some even hosted a New Year’s party for everyone this year which was great because I got to meet even more people. Also love the pond area I’m out paddle boarding or reading a book several times a week. We often see Hot air balloons, and paragliders as well! You’ll be able to see one in my photos :)

POV: Find your package Edit (one week later barely): management is getting a little crazy and already found a way to attempt finding a fee after this post. Be weary of staff, especially with a vindictive attitude.

The entrance gate has been broken for going on 2 months. When I inquired about when it was going to be fixed I was told it would be at the end of the week or the beginning of the following week and like I said it's been broke going on 2 months if not more. I have sent several emails inquiring about the new timeline as to when it would be expected to be fixed and I get zero response. One of the reasons I got was that the person was in the hospital so they did not respond which I completely understand. However I have sent multiple emails since then and have yet to get a response from Colette or the leasing person. When I voiced my concerns about the gate being wide open and it increase in vehicle burglaries it was suggested that a ring doorbell be put on the outside of my apartment because t

Rachel was excellent to work with. She is so kind, patient, polite, hard working and intelligent. A lady who lives at Star Crest raved about how great everyone is there. Employees and tenants.

I recently toured Star Crest Ranch Apartments and had a wonderful experience. Lisa, my tour guide, was incredibly thorough, professional, and pleasant throughout the visit. She made sure all my questions were answered and gave a clear overview of the property. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Colette, who was just as warm and welcoming. She even provided a helpful area guide with local restaurants, grocery stores, and other nearby conveniences. I’ll be back soon with my family to tour the complex again before finalizing my decision. Overall, it was an excellent and informative visit, I left feeling well taken care of and very impressed.
