I visited Regency at Milestone Ranch as part of an evenings entertainment. The clubhouse (if that is the correct use for the common gathering place) is beautiful and modern. Outside was a large covered patio, a big pool surrounded by seating with a fireplace on the west side. The residents seemed engaging, happy, and active. The over 55 community is near Idaho's capital city, but far enough out to be in a gorgeous almost rural setting. All told, I was a little jealous that I was not old enough to purchase a home there.
This subdivision is coming along nicely. It seems like a great place to live. The community offers a variety of amenities such as a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, pickleball courts, dog park, picnic pavilions, walking/biking paths, and open green space. The location is also convenient, with easy access to abundant outdoor recreation along with excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment .
We live in this community. Great atmosphere, lots of activities. Very friendly with many different clubs to get involved in.
