Ryan and his crew were fantastic! Our patio addition is gorgeous and we love spending time there. From beginning to end the process was overseen by Ryan. He has an excellent eye for design and the craftsmanship of our project is top notch. All of his subcontractors were excellent too. We would recommend Dokime Construction for any home addition or roofing project.

The owner, Ryan, came out to our house to look a small section of our roof shingles we that have had issues for a couple years. He was prompt and professional, he immediately gave us an overview of the situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a couple of options to think about before we committed to any work being done. Due to inclement weather fixed the torn shingles while we decided how to address the main issue. Ryan was friendly and great at communicating. His transparency giving us his professional opinion made our choice to have him reshingle a section of our roof easy. He came out and did a great job! We haven’t had an issue with that part of our roof since. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Great people! Great work! Dokime Construction is truly a pleasure to work with. I recently bought a property consisting of 1 house, 2 duplexes and 3 triplexes, all in bad need of new roofs. One unit was so bad it also needed new sheathing, and several units needed bathroom vent ducting through the roofs. Ryan Parkin bid the work promptly and competitively, and made me aware of all issues needing attention (such as areas of water damage and the many gutters and downspouts that were clogged with debris, sagging and damaged). Then he and his brother Travis and their crew performed all work in a very professional and timely manner, with great attention to detail and consideration for our Residents. They even repainted all the new and old vents to match so the completed work looks fantast

Dokime Construction was used to satisfy the inspection items of our house sale. Not only was Ryan at Dokime competitively prices, but also excelled in customer service. In a climate of skyrocketing costs and flakey contractors, Ryan is a breath of fresh air. He is everything you would hope for in a contractor: Honest, kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. This is our second home that Ryan has worked on for us with and we trust him implicitly. We are thankful that he has pride in doing things correctly and not price gouging in the current Boise climate.
