Standard441 Luxury Apartments

Overall, my impression of Standard has been a positive one thus far. The application process was a bit difficult due to system issues and there are several steps involved, but the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Samantha was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process and explained everything to me anytime I had questions and confusion. Samantha and Rebecca are very good at displaying empathy and providing exceptional customer service. The apartment home is beautiful and they really add the special finishing touches when you move in that really make you feel welcomed, they even provide a welcome card and included treats for our dog.

My move-in experience at Standard 441 in Lady Lake was exceptional — and that is entirely because of Crystal and especially Samantha. I was under significant time pressure due to my interstate moving company giving me extremely short notice for delivery of my household goods. I needed everything finalized quickly to avoid additional costs and major inconvenience. Samantha truly stepped up and handled the majority of the process to make my move happen in less than 48 hours. She expedited documentation, stayed on top of every detail, and personally ensured all required items were completed efficiently and correctly. She worked with urgency, professionalism, and genuine care — and she truly made my situation a priority. What meant the most was that Samantha stayed nearly an hour late on a

I called this complex to tour and Rebecca took her time to review multiple apartments with me. I told her I had limited time but ended up requiring a lot more of her time than I originally assumed. The complex is absolutely beautiful, it offers a very calm & quaint environment. Being a woman who lives alone, I LOVED the security this complex offers. The tenants were also very friendly. I worked with Samantha on my revisit to see the apartment I am looking to rent and she was more than happy to bring me to review the apartment, gym and pool, once again. Samantha was also very helpful with the application process. I would be very happy to live here!

Samantha was an absolute beautiful soul! She graciously took my friend and I to show us two absolutely beautiful apartments! She showed us the grounds and drove us around in a beautiful, comfortable golf cart. We were offered beverages and snacks while she gave us the tour! She was able to answer all the questions that we had! AND quickly followed up before I even got home with the email that she promised to send us.

It’s called the standard for a reason, I just recently moved in and let me tell you it is unbelievable. Between Krystal and Rebecca the staff is beyond exemplary. By far, the best complex I have ever lived in, in Florida. Wow, what an experience, I feel safe, and as a female, that really means a lot for me, they really do everything in their power to make you feel at home from the day you move in. A++++++
