The owners of the apartments are absolutely amazing, they really do care about their tenants. If you have any maintenance request they're quick to respond, and get the request finished, and finished right the first time. I've lived here almost a year It's a fantastic place to live The rent is very reasonable The apartments themselves are very well maintained very clean there's no mold or mildew You don't have any of the issues you would have with the other apartments that are around here. This is very quiet, and just a wonderful place to come home to everyday. I really look forward to spending many many years here and raising my child who absolutely loves it as well.

I lived at Bentley Villas almost 3 years and I can say this was the most pleasant renting experience I have had. The units and property are clean and well maintained, and the office staff is easy to work with. When I did have maintainence issues they were always handled promptly. The only downside is that parking is limited so I couldn't find a spot in front of my building most of the time.

Bentley Villas is an amazing community. It’s such a peaceful and quiet area. I loved it there so much, the management and maintenance is so amazing, so timely, so respectful. I stayed there alone and I didn’t ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable and my unit was so lovely I almost didn’t wanna give it up! Management actually communicates and doesn’t mind lending a helping hand. Thank you guys so much! I truly enjoyed my stay! P.S tell Mr. Edwin (maintenance) I said byyyeee!! Blessing and stay safe!

As a tenant I found the apartment units and building to be clean, well maintained and secure. The management is friendly and professional, placing an emphasis on the comfort and well-being of the tenants; quick to respond to any issues or concerns. The rent is very fairly priced and the payment portal is a huge plus. I give you 5 stars Arise Property Management. Keep up the good work! Paul G.

10/10 Highly recommended!!! I can’t say how much these people are a blessing to me and my family. I lived at one of their properties for over a year and not one time did I have any problems. Everyone is very kind, and I absolutely adored the maintenance guys. Always helpful and very understanding. If I need to, I will rent from them again in the future ❤️
