It’s been a smooth experience for me with the online registering and lease signing. Lucia has been a great help in getting it all in in a timely manner. Of the various places that I checked out and before choosing Concord Rents, I have to say that I found it to be a most professional and welcoming company and to the point in what they offer online in their website. I have lived here almost 2 years and i have to give a shout out to our maintenance crew. My air conditioner stopped cooling and within minutes of typing a request for service I received a knock on my door. Two people came and determined a leak. They had some Freon on hand and put it in. If it didnt work they said a window air could be installed. It did work and cooling once again. They also notified an air conditioning company to come and check for the leak. To my surprise the specialist came early the next day and discovered a leak where a screw was. All fixed in record time. Thank you! How lucky we are to have such dedicated people.

I was a renter with Concord Management for four years. In all that time the Maintenance Mgr, Cord, never let me down. Whenever I had a service request he was prompt to respond, courteous and went out of his way to address whatever was necessary to fix the problem. I GIVE CORD A 10 STAR RATING. Keep up the good work! The LSL Complex Manager was also my manager at two Concord locations. Tracy was always friendly, answered my emails’ promptly, and solved any rental problems I may have had. She always welcomed any questions I had without showing any impatience. I liked her a lot and miss her smile and laughter now that I live 4 states away. TRACY IS ANOTHER 10 STAR EMPLOYEE! You deserve them!

I made an independent visit to check things out and speak to anyone who might walk by. The area looked tidy, and the 2 residents and 1 visitor I s/w, had no complaints. I read someone else's review regarding no basketball for older kids, nor pool for anyone. I'm sorry, but I as a senior....I am glad to see a senior complex for low income (I'm permanently disabled), where my rent isn't going toward those items. I love a pool to do my water exercises; however, the rent is what pays for such amenities. I was surprised with the play equipment, and thought it was a nice extra or perk for those who may have little ones visiting.
