Tiffany, the owner failed to read the whole purchase agreement or chose not to go by the terms of it and charged fees and closing costs to the seller which were supposed to be paid for by buyer. Then she stated that she did nothing wrong and held up our closing. The HUD should have been done sooner so that our closing would not have been held up. Please do not use this company for closing.
