St James Apartments

Such a well kept complex and friendly management. The grounds are well kept as is the pool. They even have a new dog park with a BBQ pit, benches and tables. Right next to the dog park is the little gym so you can work out. The pool and gym are locked at all times for security. The property is fenced in and has a security gate.

I’ve been living at St James for a while now, and one of the biggest ongoing issues is the growing number of stray cats roaming the property. They’re constantly around the parking lot, trash areas, and even right outside residents’ doors. It’s become a serious nuisance. I can't even walk my dog.

I love living at St. James. Older apartments, but well-maintained, and beautiful shady grounds. Nice pool. Friendly and professional office staff. Mostly a quiet place. We almost never hear anything from our neighbors through the walls or floor (we live on the third floor). Well insulated. Air conditioning works great! Maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly. Wish there was stronger water pressure, but otherwise no complaints! Definitely recommend.

I’ve lived here for 5 years. Rose is an excellent manager. She has been helpful, kind, and willing to make sure my needs were taken care of. Yes the apartments are a bit older but they are well cared for. Anytime I had any issues, maintenance was quick to respond. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the gates add an extra security measure. Over all my experience here has been a good one. Moving out was a tough decision because i loved it here but it was time for a house.

Had to move out because of the job change in location gave them a 2 week notice ahead and even let them keep the deposit for the inconvenience. Didn't have a job for 2 months prior and even stated that its still a breach of contract in the lease. After I stated this they still wanted the last month payment even though I wasn't staying that last month. Not to mention they charge residents random price changes. I'm not staying somewhere I can no longer afford it's as simple as that and sure as hell ain't paying for a final month I'm not staying for. They threaten residents to take them to court but the court would find the office just as guilty for letting residents stay with no income. It's abysmal to me how they can run those apartments without running into state lawsuits.
