Property manager is very kind , and courteous, grounds are exceptionally maintained . The few tenants that I have met so far are very welcoming , helpful and cordial . Very quiet except for traffic , but that's to be expected on a main drag . All in all a definite Upgrade from my previous housing 100% . Resident services young ladies , I can't say enough about their help and compassion they showed me through a very tumultuous experience at my last residence . I Love It Here !!!
