Nexus Property Management - National HQ

Great experience with Nexus Property Management. The leasing process was easy and straightforward, and the team has been fantastic to work with. We moved in last August and have been so happy that we’re choosing to stay longer and move into a larger apartment. The management team is responsive and professional, and the property is kept in excellent condition. The yard surrounding the property is beautiful and well maintained, the washers and dryers are always clean, and snow removal during the last storm was handled promptly. Overall, a great place to live with a great management team.

When I first moved to the property almost 2 years ago now, I wanted to try to make it a community for all of us that live here. I decided to put that into an action and I have to say, the group of people here are amazing. Any issues we have are addressed and handled immediately thru Nexus. The apartments are immaculate at America First Apartments, we keep the grounds kept, and everyone is respected no matter what walk of life they have from. Everyone has the same opportunities here and that has made us a strong community and that is what America First Apartments is about!

I had a smoke detector issue and the property manager got the service man out here immediately and he replaced it but it kept beeping throughout the night and he came right back here today, replaced both of them and solved the issue in a timely manner. The service man was very kind, helpful and polite. He was very thorough and offered to help fix a few other issues I was having! I asked his name but I didn’t know how to spell it, he did mention he just started with the company recently and I wanted to leave a review for him!

Just want to recognize Thabius and Sam for all there hard work from start to finish.Both were very knowledgeable.They were determined to get the repair done on our toilet and pipes. They went above and beyond.Excellent communication threw out put me and husband at ease. Would highly recommend them both for repairs.
