Lawn Terrace Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The service these people provide is TERRIBLE. Sometimes there’s no light in the hallway so we have to risk falling down the stairs because we can’t see. Took forever to change washer/dryer. My ceiling was leaking water so they had someone come and rip apart the whole square part of the ceiling to replace it. Few months later it’s leaking again but WORSE. Guess they don’t have good workers. Also, never any hot water. When you try to call the main office next door they’re NEVER there or maybe they just don’t like to answer the phone at all! I can go on and on about how disgusting this place is! Rate is —ZERO.

Nice and professional management, big parking lot. Schools across the street. Supermercado 2 blocks away. Family oriented with apartments from 1-4 bedrooms
