My husband and I lived here for just shy of 4 years and loved it. The management team is responsive, friendly, and kind. They know their tenants and it's easy to just stop into the office to say hi. The maintenance team is also incredible and responsive. Issues were always addressed and resolved quickly. Our cats became big fans of Danny and Jay. Our apartment was really nice as well. We had a lot of space for the two of us and our two cats. I personally was a fan of the big windows since I like direct sunlight. The building also offers a gym, a game room, a lounge, and a pet washing room. All of these areas are kept clean and in really good condition. Moore Mills Lofts is the most coziest place I’ve ever lived in! The apartments are extremely beautiful, absolutely love and adore the high ceilings, and the fitness center was the icing on the cake. One thing I loved about this rental space was how much they loved pets. They have a pet washing station with photos of everyone’s dog on the wall, it’s the cutest thing ever. The staff is always here to help, super accommodating and the neighbors were pleasant ❤️ If you’re looking at this place to rent, definitely take the next steps because you will not regret it!

I had a great experience living at Moor Mill Lofts! The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes and high-quality appliances that make everyday living so comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to Providence but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The living spaces are bright, open, and stylish, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. What makes Moor Mill Lofts stand out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. We love where we live. Meline Vergne is always welcoming. Goes out of her way to say hello every time we walk by the office. Always has a smile on her face. Super friendly and attentive to our needs. She’s one of the main reasons we continue to resign our lease.

I am a current resident and I recently received a couple off emails over the past few weeks stating that there is a no smoking policy for the building as I am well aware of and I am thankful for but I wish the management company would look into their own manager Meline as the problem for the consist smell of marijuana in the hallways as the smell is the strongest near her unit. How do they except us to follow the rules when their own manager can’t!!
