This review is specifically for Brandon parsons as a property manager. Overall bad experience. Started out with many issues with the property I rented but was willing to look past as I knew I wasn’t planning on resigning. Communication was lacking unless it was time to pay rent. One example is I had brought up multiple times that the sink leaked and he did nothing about it until it came time to show it to new tenants and it was fixed. When it came time to get my security deposit back I asked if he wanted to do a walk through and as he had been in it recently he said there was no need and I would get my deposit back as I kept the appt in good shape. 3 months later and 10 phone calls and countless texts I get the deposit back with $175 taken out with no explanation at all.
