Apartment's construction is not very sound and some structure supports are already slightly bending or bowing. Garage parking is small and they charge you $150 for a spot that you really don't wanna park at once you see it in person (God forbids if they move your parking spot blocks away if there's no space). Management turnover rate is high and I would see new faces every couple of months. Just like other tenants said, management doesn't care if building is breaking down and will delay it for as long as possible unless a true disaster happens. Watch them yell at you and charge you fees if stuffs break in the apartment without it being your fault, but they will make it your fault anyway. You just moved in? My experience with this apartment management was very disappointing. Here’s what happened: I applied for a unit and paid an application fee of about $100 for two people. After a week without any updates, I tried calling the office multiple times but received no response. Since I live nearby, I visited the office in person, where they apologized and said they would schedule an interview. Although interviews for rental units, especially low-income housing, often require documentation, I didn't hear back for two days. I visited the office again and was told they had forgotten to schedule the interview, promising it would be the next day. However, the next day came and went with no calls or emails. It was very pleasant to stay with St. Anton Apartments. Everything was easy, full equip, all the things I needed is all on here. The whole team members from Maintenance: Marco & Cesar they were such a big helped most of the time. the leasing office team: Yesenia, Lilian and Maria they’re very accommodating to all I need. I can’t thank them enough for giving me such a wonderful time with my stay here. I love to recommend this place to all of the people who wants to rent this Apartment. I could not ask for more but more power!

This is a nice, simple, and safe apartment building. I’ve been here for over a year and my rent has never changed despite my neighbors warning that it would. Parking permit is pricy, but it beats having to park on the street which is a pain I will admit. Rent is good considering the area we live in and there are places to eat within walking distance. There is a lot of construction which can get annoying, but it’s become less of a problem now that the buildings are getting done.

Edit: Nosenia but Yes Lilian 🫶 This apartment has very poor planning and management. First off, the turnover rate for their staff is quite high which is already a red flag. Some of them seem inexperienced with managing a low-cost/affordable housing and are unfamiliar with the terminologies and/or paperworks. Also who planned this apartment? The parking space is only enough for like 50 cars or so! I got lucky there were still parking lot vacancies when I got in, but it's unfortunate for other residents who got in later and were given parking lots miles away from the building by the management and still have to pay a monthly fee! Also, the construction is poor. I measured the walls cause I was trying to put up some shelves, and I found the walls are curved and bowing. Anyway, take that
