I grew up in Western MA with cows and horses and all creatures. I also lived in Brooklyn, NY for almost half my life. I relocated to RI and found my home here. I intend on signing my 4th lease this coming summer. I do not understand the "nay-say" on these reviews. Kind of a bummer. Pretty simple - be respectful. To your neighbors, management, the property and the people who care for it. Be a good human. The units are well priced and cared for. And the neighbors are pretty great. Free parking - yes, a few minutes away. Enjoy the fresh air and a few steps, it is no big deal.

Man ngl I was thinking about moving there but the review sucks I visited this place last yr it was pretty good but seeing this it’s like ehhhhhh this is an only good spot in RI , But hay RI ain’t no good it’s better to be out your hometown for real

From my time living there in 2022- “We have been living here for quite a while, and they have lied to us and charged us bogus fees that weren't within our lease. On top of that, we had water leaks, and toxic mold growing within our apartment!! Yikes!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!” They didn’t have a review site up for many years, and now that they do, I figured it was time to give them the proper review. Had to warn them that we would sue them due to the mold exposure to be able to move out. Not to mention having their maintenance team break and enter our apartment without notice. All in all, avoid this place.

1 star based solely on management’s incompetence. First of all, they were not up front about the parking situation. The parking is in the municipal lot behind the mill complex, about a 7 minute walk from the front door. The lady who gave me the initial tour of the building said “parking is behind the building.” I thought this meant the alleyway between the apartment section of the building and the factory next door. If you get caught parking in the alleyway without a permit (which seems impossible to get as there are only a few spots for the large number of apartments) beware, they will track you walking to your apartment and fine your account $150 with no chance to move your vehicle, even if you’re just unloading. The apartment itself is decent & I like the gym ! but the walls are so thin you can literally hear everybody conversation. When you tour make sure they specify the parking situation because they’ll tell you it’s in the back & will not elaborate (biggest mistake I made) but in reality it’s like a 8 minutes walk & good luck finding a spot in the lot. The parking in the back of building is for special permit so if you’re willing to walk in rain, snow or whatever else weather than it’s a perfect place to live. When you do park closer to get your groceries or any other items for a brief moment for whatever reason they’ll fine you 200 with no questions ask. Other than that it a okay place to live because neighbors are very respectful
