This review is solely directed at the new construction arm of SRV realty aka Vikas aka Vik the owner. He will charm you at first but once he gets his money at closing...he shows his true colors, a lousy local builder. I bought a new construction home from him a little over a year ago. Have multiple issues with the home and his lack of response is unnerving. He won't stand behind his product nor does he care for his craft. I hope someone else out there who may be on the verge of buying a new build from him sees this review. Stay clear unless you want to deal with lies and ultimately regret at the end of the day.
