Square One

I moved in about a month ago and so far I really enjoy living here. Taylor the office manager and Kris, who’s in charge of maintenance, are both outstanding at their jobs. Taylor is super nice and caring, and makes you feel welcomed right away. Kris is also super friendly, and completes maintenance orders quickly and efficiently. They are a great team and add to the overall experience of living here. The community is great too. Tenants are all friendly and nice, no problems with noise. It’s an awesome apartment with a great location!

This place is beautiful. When I was living there it was Anne and Emily in the office both were so amazing and was so helpful and attentive; however before i moved out new management seemed to not care as much as old management The new manager is passive-aggressive and does not make it a welcoming environment. The door is closed a lot of the time on the weekdays which feels unwelcoming and nothing ever gets done this used to be a like-home environment now it feels like a corporate nightmare. the owner needs to do better at hiring better people and keeping the environment healthy

Taylor helped me find the perfect home last month. Whenever I have questions she has been super helpful. She makes the office always feel welcoming.

I have lived here for a significant period and can attest to the initial quality of this establishment. However, there appears to have been a decline, possibly due to changes in management or directorship, of which residents were not informed. The high turnover rate in the front office is also a concern. My observations include: 1. **Exterior Maintenance:** The building's exterior is poorly maintained, evidenced by a persistent stain on the sidewalk near the entrance for over a month. 2. **Unpleasant Odor:** The front entrance frequently smells strongly of dog urine. 3. **Lobby Cleanliness:** The lobby is consistently untidy, with overflowing trash receptacles. 4. **Office Demeanor:** The office doors are habitually closed, and the blinds are often drawn, creating an uninviting atmos

Just moved in and had a great experience so far. Taylor at the office was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. The place is clean, everything looks well taken care of, and it even smells fresh which was a nice surprise! Now it's time to get settled in, but first impressions are definitely positive.
