I contacted Debra Brouse with regards to a listing at this office as I was looking to purchase this property. She returned my call and became hostile, rude, and offensive when asked questions about the property. She then hung up the phone on me. When I called her back to ask what exactly her issue was for her rude demeanor, she had no response and hung up again. Never have I had any real estate dealings with such unprofessional conduct as demonstrated by Debra Brouse. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering listing your property because if there’s one thing they’re good at, it’s driving buyers away. I feel bad for the owner of the listed property as Debra Brouse managed to kill any prospect of us buying it.

The limited dealings and interactions I’ve had with this firm have been pleasant and professional. It’s ridiculous that their rating average is being brought down because people, who don’t even know what kind of business this place is, say they have good food. THEY ARE A REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE, dummies, not a restaurant. #readbeforeyourate

BEWARE if you are buying a home from this realtor!!! I can honestly say I never would nor would I trust her to sell mine.
