If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do it, do not rent from this place. Management refuses to fix anything in the building. Leases are shady and not well. Worded, conditions of the buildings are extremely poor constant problems with mice, infestations, cockroaches and other pests. Extreme.\n Ly, loud and disturbing of other tenants. Property manager refuses to have you signed a lease the day you move in? And will wait months until they let you sign a lease. I repeat, do not rent any apartment in this complex. If you have kids stay far away from this place.

I lived here for almost two years and I can tell you now it wasn’t that great. My cat was continuously catching mice and there’s a major mold problem. I got sick at least once a month from it. The apartment I moved into was dirty when I first moved in with cat puke in the window from the previous tenants as well as the carpet smelling of cat pee. I had to clean the apartment before I even felt comfortable moving my belongings in. The Tenants are loud in some of the apartments and don’t care that the walls are thin. The landlord is another story too. He makes his property manager do all his dirty work for him.Don’t bother and find something better I promise there are nicer and cheaper places to live

Lived in this apartment complex for under 3 months, moved into a filthy apartment but it was assured to be clean. When I confronted the landlord about it she disregarded my concern. Did not have a working sink or stove for almost a week. And then a month later dealt with a mice infestation that was completely ignored. Unless you are desperate and on housing assistance, I would never recommend living in this slum. I was the only one in my building paying the actual full rent, it is an absolute garbage hole.

Do not live here if you can help it. Nothing is up to up to code, and nothing will be fixed. I have had many issues that were promised by the previous rental manager to be resolved prior to us moving in. Nine months later, and we finally got a lamp installed in our living room. Our tub had residue from the previous tenant that was never removed despite us being told it’d be removed and painted over. The new rental manager told us we had to do it despite the previous rental manager’s claim of him being the one to take care of it, and there is a serious black mold issue. Over the months of living here, neighbors had bed bug infestations, we had a flea infestation, neither of which were resolved, nor did any of us get a scrap of help from maintenance.
